Fall is already back in Iowa, and it’s actually been getting pretty cold here at night.  Since the end of racing season, my schedule has been quieter, so I’ve decided to take up a new hobby – hunting.  I’ve been goose hunting a lot at my neighbor’s property and have had some luck, but am still trying to get the hang of everything.   I am also toying around with the idea of getting a bow and trying my luck at deer hunting on my family’s property.   We will have to wait and see on that one.

The end of racing season has also meant going back to doing school work.  Even though I am home schooled, it seems like I’m doing more work now than when I was in regular high school last year!

We ran a couple of dirt races last weekend.  I finished second in the main event, with 55 cars trying to make the field, and the next night had a top five run going, until getting caught up in a wreck ahead of me.

Well, that is pretty much all that has been happening here.  My goal next week is to try to work on the fan section of my Facebook page and post their photos.  Until next time, I hope everyone has a good week, and thank you for all of the support.
