AAA 400, Dover International Raceway, Dover, Del.

Brett Moffitt

No. 34 CSX "Play It Safe" Ford
Started: 34th
Finished: 42nd

"I just drove into Turn 1 and blew a right-front tire. I'm not sure if we ran over something or what, but there was no sign of it going down. It acted more like a puncture. It wasn't like it slowly went down, so I'm not sure what happened. The first round of pit stops we made good adjustments and were fairly happy with our CSX Ford. We just started in the back and that really hurt us, but once we got overall grip in the race car I was pretty happy with it."

Cole Whitt

No. 35 Rinnai/Dockside Logistics Ford
Started: 31st
Finished: 28th

"We made the car a lot better throughout the day. I wish we'd been a little bit better to get a top-25 finish. But it was better than when we were here earlier this year, so I'm happy we improved on our package here."

David Gilliland

No. 38 MDS Transport Ford
Started: 32nd
Finished: 30th

"Our car got tighter as the track rubbered up. And we just never could get on the other side of it. We started out good and we weren't having a bad day there at first, but then it just got tight. And as the track took more rubber, we just got further and further behind it."
